Let's play a game I like to call "Spot Scott," which is just like "Where's Waldo?" except with Scott. Get it? (If you don't, you've got more problems than I can help you with.)
Looks like the prize for being late to a community event and having to stand in the back is being on the nightly news all around the state (also the prize for living in a small state, it seems).
